Us President Barack Obama's Official Photo

The first time a US President’s official portrait was taken with a digital camera. The photo was taken on January 13, 2009 by a newly appointed official White House photographer, Pete Souza.

According to the reliable source, official photo of US President Barack Obama was taken with the Canon EOS 5D Mark II. There is no disclosure of information on what printer was used to print the portrait of US President Barack Obama. Possibly it was printed by the Canon iPF8100 or iPF9100 as well.

Live Demonstration of Canon ImageCLASS Laser AiO Multi Functions Printer

‘Seeing is believing’, this is what we normally heard of. Unfortunately, we are unable to witness the performance of printers like large format printers or laser AiO (All-in-one) multi functions (Fax-print-copy-scan-network) printers before a purchase decision is being made.

What can we rely on for decision making and comparison a part from seeing the live demonstrations? Yes, the alternate resources are brochures, specifications sheets, and advise from the counter sales persons. The questions are how reliable are they and how well can you understand the jargons used in those materials?
